What is the difference between PE and PEG?
Great concept question! PE (Price ÷ Earnings) tells you how many rupees you pay per rupee of annual profit. PEG divides PE by the expected earnings growth rate, so it puts the PE "in context" of growth. A high PE may look less extreme once growth is considered. This is an academic explanation — not a valuation opinion on any stock.
